In the past FPU coordinators have gathered Financial Snapshot data from their classes manually, either with the snapshot cards or with an online survey, after Lesson 2 and after Lesson 8 to show the financial progress that their class made in their baby step journey during the class. Once the data was collected, coordinators had to manually enter this data into their Coordinator dashboard to show the progress.
To ease the burden of the old manual process, the Financial Snapshots that were filled out have been replaced by weekly check-ins. These weekly check-ins are filled out by each member of the class weekly before the class session and help the class track all of their attendance and financial turnaround during the class!
How are the check-ins recorded?
Rather than only having the turnaround data collected twice, it will be collected from the members every single week of the class starting in week 2! It will be collected using the QR code in the "Check-ins" tab within your coordinator dashboard for that class. You will either send this QR code to the members of the class before the upcoming class or have it displayed for them at the beginning of the class session. The members of your class will scan the QR code with the camera on their phone, sign in with the email address that they are on the class roster with, and fill out all of the information that is requested! PLEASE NOTE: The responses that they submit are completely anonymous!!
To make sure that all the amazing progress your class is making is being accurately tracked, you will need to ensure that your class members have completed all their check-ins each week.

How will the Check-In data be reported and displayed on my Coordinator dashboard?
The Check-In data will appear near the bottom of the page in the format demonstrated in the Screenshot below:
To locate this follow these steps:
- Sign into your coordinator dashboard and select the class for which you want to view the data.
- This will take you to the "Overview" page for that class.
- On the "Overview" page, simply scroll down until you see the financial turnaround data displayed!
In week 1, members will simply be checking off their attendance no financial snapshot information will be collected. In week 2, they will be asked for their starting numbers, and in weeks 3-9, members will be prompted to capture their updated financials since the last time class took place.
This means that you will only start to see the financial data that is displayed in your dashboard start to change in week 3 of the class, since week 2 is only the baseline number, week 3 gives the system a new number by calculating the "change" that has occurred since week 2!
