Subscription fees for Ramsey+ are eligible for a refund up to 30 days from the date of the most recent charge.
To initiate the refund request process, first determine where your subscription is managed and when you were most recently charged.
Navigate directly to https://account.ramseysolutions.com/ and sign in with your Ramsey+ credentials.
- If you see an option for "Subscriptions," that means your subscription is managed directly by us.
- If you do NOT see an option for "Subscriptions," that means your subscription is likely managed through your mobile device.
- If you don't find any subscriptions through your Apple or Android device, contact us to review your account status.
Refund renewal managed by Ramsey Solutions
If your most recent charge was for the term renewal of your Ramsey+ membership, or for your trial renewal, please click here to request your refund via email. As long as your charge was within the last 30 days, a refund will be issued, no questions asked!
Make sure to provide the email address associated with your Ramsey+ membership so that we can issue the refund as quickly as possible.
Refund renewal through Apple subscriptions
If you signed up for Ramsey+ on your Apple device, that means your subscription is managed by Apple in your iTunes account. Since Apple is in charge of this particular subscription, they do not allow us to make any adjustments, refunds, or cancelations to the accounts they manage.
