Your coordinator access inside FinancialPeace.com/coordinator allows you to send messages through the site to members of your group roster. We added this function as a tool to use for simple reminders or a quick encouraging word during the week leading up to your next class. If you are experiencing an error message when trying to send a message out there are a few reasons this could be happening:
1. There's a 3,000 character limit. This messaging feature is meant for quick blurbs or notes to your group and not an email service.
2. Is your account verified? The message will fail if your account isn't verified. To check and see if your email is verified, click HERE. If you are asked to verify your email, simply click the button and wait for the email to arrive. If you are greeted with your EveryDollar budget, then your email is already verified.
3. Simply try logging into FinancialPeace.com/coordinator and sending a message through a different web browser such as Google Chrome, if you haven't already.
