In these classes, you can meet up with folks from across the country (literally) over a video chat and still go through the lessons together—all from your kitchen table or your favorite chair. Still can’t find a class that works for you? Don’t let that stop you from changing your life! You can always watch all the lessons online and follow along in your digital workbook, then join a class later (and we highly recommend it).
