If you are having trouble getting the videos to load and receiving an error message then you may be using an outdated web browser.
With recent updates to our websites it's important to make sure you are using an updated browser like Chrome or Firefox.
You may also need to do the following:
- Clear your cache and cookies data
- Make sure your browser is up-to-date with its latest version.
- Make sure to try using an incognito/private browsing window
Typically, that will clear up video player errors that you are seeing within your dashboard!
