If you are having trouble signing up for a new Ramsey account or activating your new product, don't worry! We have identified some common causes for these issues. Take a look at the two reasons below to see if any of them match the problem you are experiencing.
One possible reason is that you might already have an account with us.
If you try to register for a Ramsey+ Free Trial or activate a voucher code for a product you bought from us using an email address that is already associated with one of our other Ramsey Solutions sites, you will receive a message similar to the image above.
If you encounter this error, simply scroll down and you will find an option to Sign in instead of creating a new account (located just below the Create Account box).
To select this option, use the same email address and password as your account.
If you forgot your password or are receiving an error message that says that you entered the wrong password, you can recover it by following our Forgot Password process. Just enter the email address associated with your account, and we will send you a link to reset your password.

Another common cause is problems with the Computer Browser
Sometimes, we encounter minor problems with the computer browser that can make signing up a bit challenging. If you are having trouble signing up, you can try these simple steps:
- Ensure that your browser is using the most recent version.
- Attempt the task in an incognito or private or incognito browser window.
- Use an updated browser such as Google Chrome. Avoid using browsers like Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Internet Explorer.
Following these steps will fix any small errors that could be occurring.
